LANDSCAPE APPRENTICESHIPS

LD TOTAL has developed a highly regarded Apprenticeship Program, where apprentices are supported by LD TOTAL as they work to gain experience and training towards successfully completing a Certificate III Qualification in Landscape Construction or Parks and Gardens.

The term of the apprenticeship is three years, although being performance based, it can be completed earlier.

Currently, in 2018, LD TOTAL have 18 Landscaping Apprentices and as an Equal Opportunity employer, this includes female and mature age apprentices. We have recently expanded our apprentice program to also include an Apprentice Mechanic. We currently have apprentices in Perth, South-West and Melbourne.

Over the last 10 years we have seen over 40 apprentices go through our program and graduate. Many of our apprentices have integrated their passion and commitment with their skills and knowledge to progress through LD TOTAL into senior leaderships roles.
